Shmèveg Ji̊ Qi̊v was founded durring the early 15th century in fall of the year 1405, by Ca̋g Mētḩlāy 'Skyla Zena' Ca̋chvónḱ Mbó̄̄b Cúoī. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Ca̋g Mētḩlāy 'Skyla Zena' Ca̋chvónḱ Mbó̄̄b Cúoī.

Shmèveg Ji̊ Qi̊v was built using the conventions of Tauran durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Shmèveg Ji̊ Qi̊v is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Shmèveg Ji̊ Qi̊v is is constructed arround a series of restrictive baked earthen mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The city is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. Their construction and material choices would make a dwarf weap with joy, for each and every part of the elaborate fortifications are purly functional and robust well byond reason. Even nonexperts can tell the walls are an excelent defencive structure. Shmèveg Ji̊ Qi̊v's exceptionaly well made fortifications are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the city as needed.

A look around Shmèveg Ji̊ Qi̊v gives the unmistakable impression the town is one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which Shmèveg Ji̊ Qi̊v brings to mind.

History

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Shmèveg Ji̊ Qi̊v was attacked by soldiers from another nation, with orders to raid Shmèveg Ji̊ Qi̊v. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Shmèveg Ji̊ Qi̊v lost 112 people, 343 livestock, and 44 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 30, when members of Shmèveg Ji̊ Qi̊v's militia enacted an operation to scout a specific location for information about a particular prison. The operation was complicated by an outbreak of plague which struck the ranks, killing many and laying low many more. The conflict ended with the defense of the prison against a siege, which ended in a crushing defeat for Shmèveg Ji̊ Qi̊v's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Shmèveg Ji̊ Qi̊v's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
